MOBS Records
MOBS Records is home to three musical projects courtesy of the same human - Todd Gail. He’s a bit eccentric, and his musical output is wide ranging, and spans more than two decades of senseless attacks on the human eardrums. But it’s all part of the plan.
Todd’s first musical project started in 2005 and was cheekily known as Connie Lingus. It was a southern-fried cock rock fusion of hard rock and country music with some truly unexpectedly good results. A mountain of songs were recorded, but only one EP was released during this time, Mind Control Tips, which is now long out of print. If you own a copy, you’re a very rare bird indeed!
In 2010, Todd embarked on his second musical endeavor called Cupcake Reacharound, yet another cheeky name, this time inspired by a segment on Stephen Colbert’s Comedy Central late night show, The Colbert Report. This time, Todd explored the notions of alternate history, ancient visitors from outer space and the utter mayhem of Sumerian “history”.
Following a musical hiatus, Todd has now returned in 2025 to explore his musical interests as Doctr Cosmo, which defies all categorization, exploring elements of Industrial, punk, funk, and electronica. A truly fruity mix of genres. He’s also exploring the influence of AI in the creation of modern music and art. His philosophy is “why fight the future?”, instead, embrace it and make it your bitch!
So… Let's make some musical magic happen, shall we?
